Having co-founded Patton as a family business (1984), the company is today a multi-national developer, manufacturer, and marketer of telecom and networking products with a global customer base in over 170 countries. As a result, Patton equipment—including VoIP, Ethernet extension, and wireless router technologies—is currently up-and-running in carrier, enterprise and industrial networks worldwide. Leveraging my 35 years of experience in product management, corporate advertising, and business development—including direct and channel sales models—I am devoted to building lasting relationships with customers, partners, and industry peers. I have led my global team of regional sales directors in developing an extensive network of symbiotic business and technology partnerships, including industry leaders. Patton's marketing communication teams have leveraged online, print, email and social media channels to establish the Patton brand as a global leader in designing and manufacturing high-quality, reliable, network-technology equipment complemented by unrivaled customer service with free lifetime technical support and software upgrades. To connect with local-market requirements, we have 3 subsidiary operations, 14 offices around the world and my world-class technical services team now operates 7 Technical Assistance Centers.
