GOAL: Interested in discussion of a postion (full / part time or pro staff) within the shooting sports industry. I believe my expertise in shotgun sports can be leveraged to promote shotgun, ammunition, or range equipment sales. I also have a long history of casting and reloading of metallic ammunition, primarily pistol which has provided me with extensive experience with the home reloaders' challenges. I have over 30 years experience leading people and managing resources to accomplish organizational goals. I retired from the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant Colonel after successfully serving in diverse leadership, managerial, analytical, operational, and academic positions of progressive scope and responsibility culminating as a Deputy Commander for the 23d Area Support Group, Camp Humphry, Korea, an organization comprised of over 4,700 soldiers and civilians. My career after the Army has continued to be marked with success. Joining DESE Research, Inc. in November of 1997 as an operations analyst, I progressed quickly up the corporate structure to become the Vice President of the Architecture Analysis Group, composed of over 25 graduate level employees and which grosses over 5 million dollars in sales annually. I am an avid shotgun enthusiast, predominantly within the field of sporting clays, 5-Stand and FITASC but have participated in trap and registered skeet and was a member of my college pistol team. I have obtained NSCA Level One certification in Shotgun instruction and currently provide individual and small group instruction. Proven self-starter who can and will provide value added to employer.
