As a product development team liaison, I have worked with C-suite execs, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to roll out SaaS fintech products resulting in industry record production and more than doubling previous year’s production.During my tenure as a Product Development Assistant Team Leader, I have passionately led a nationwide product launch conference, and acted as a liaison for 500+ Account Executives. In addition to directing a myriad of focus groups composed of mortgage professionals, internal Account Executives, and internal and external stakeholders to identify pain points within the process. As Branch Manager for JP Morgan, I successfully ranked in the top 10% for sales and consistently ranked in the top 5% in Customer Service Scores. Through cross functional collaboration with district trainers, I have developed and implemented a client-focused approach raising the district sales production from Satisfactory to Excellent. Through my support and effective leadership, branch productivity substantially increased while mitigating losses.
