I am a clinical counsellor with a bachelor’s degree in counselling. I have extensive experience in both school-based and private practice settings. Currently working as a school counsellor, providing support to students across a range of emotional, social, and academic challenges, while also running a private practice that serves a diverse clientele. Passionate about exploring various therapeutic spaces, I have experience working with individuals, families, and groups across different age ranges and presenting concerns. My approach integrates multiple counselling modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed practices, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I have worked in various settings, including educational institutions, community mental health services, and private practice, gaining expertise in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. Additionally, I have experience providing clinical supervision, guiding and mentoring emerging professionals in the field.
