My extensive experience as a teacher, coach and mentor has proven effective through successfully building and leading teams, managing personnel and resources, integrating systems and processes, and leveraging assets and technologies to solve complex global problems. I truly believe in protecting the people, resources, readiness and overall mission through authenticity, humility, honor and loyalty. People are at the core of any organization and as a leader, I believe we must be approachable, transparent, promote diversity in thinking, encourage homeostasis in health (mentally, physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually), prioritize work-life management and provide resources to meet organizational common goals.
