I originated my first loan in 1985 and I have been a daily full time mortgage originator ever since. After 35 years, I do this because I love my profession. To me, it is the most important transaction in my client's life. So much emphasis is put on one's 401k or stock portfolio but in reality the home you choose and the mortgage you obtain can have a far greater impact on your long term financial security. I am able to originate loans in most states and I have access to any and all mortgage programs. Specialties: I am able to originate all mortgage products including conforming loans with only 3% down, FHA with 3.5% down, VA with no money down, USDA with no money down, construction loans for primary residences and vacation homes and home equity loans. I also specialize in a rehab/construction loan which allows a home buyer to purchase a home in any current condition and we add the repairs/upgrades/additions to the loan amount based on the "after value" of the home.
