Principal Engineer Protection and Power System Studies, with 24 years of experience in engineering design, Grid Compliance Studies, Power system Modeling & studies, protections & co-ordinations for major Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Utilities, Power & Energy Industry projects and Renewables (Solar PV IPP’s ) systems etc, for up-to 132kV/220kV voltages. I have good experience working in ABB-WS500 tool for SCADA/EMS applications (AGC control, Load flow, short circuit, contingency analysis, outage scheduler, state Estimation, etc) Also, worked on Proposals, Estimation, Feasibility Studies, Concept Selection, Basis for Design, FEED and Detailed design for Oil & Gas in multidiscipline environment. Familiar with international power system application softwares include, DigSILENT Powerfactory, EDSA, ETAP, CYME, SKM-Power Tool, CDEG-SES Technologies, PSCAD, Powerworld & MiPower, etc. Also, familiar with using Vendor softwares such as Alstom Agile, ABB PCM and Siemens Digsi-5. Familiar with International Standards, includes and IEC standards, and Shell standards (DEPs & PS) applicable for oil and gas design engineering practices in the middle east region. International working experience : USA(assignment), UK(onsite), Denmark & Oman(employments).
