An accomplished academic leader with over 24 years of experience, including 15 years in esteemed Professor with additional roles, I currently serve as a Professor of Computer Science and Engineering and Associate Dean at Manipal University. My career has been defined by an unwavering commitment to academic excellence, student engagement, and outcome-driven leadership. I am passionate about fostering institutional growth, enhancing academic outcomes, and building robust industry partnerships. As a self-disciplined and highly motivated leader, I consistently apply my academic leadership expertise to advance the success of the institution. With a strong focus on curriculum innovation, strategic planning, and global academic governance, I have worked diligently to improve graduate outcomes and elevate the institution's reputation. In my role as Director of Corporate Relations, I played a pivotal role in transforming the placement record from modest beginnings to remarkable success, earning recognition through significant performance incentives. Additionally, my expertise in market analysis and executive education has driven advancements in aligning academic programs with industry standards, ensuring that our graduates are exceptionally well-prepared for the workforce. In previous leadership roles as Principal at RIET and RCEW, I spearheaded successful accreditation initiatives, securing NBA accreditations for multiple programs and obtaining substantial research funding to establish the first research center of RTU at RCEW, solidifying our position in the academic community. Recognized for my people-centered leadership style and results-driven approach, I integrate global best practices to create transformative educational experiences.
