About Cabel Rich

As a cross-functional leader, I had the pleasure of working with my electrical background and my mechanical/process education. Coming from the very rigid structure of the Naval Nuclear Power Program, I enjoyed the ability within Mars to hold the same high standards while being given the freedom to navigate issues found in our dynamic work culture. With my transition into the data center field, I was fortunate to lead large teams from commissioning into routine operations in areas ranging from purely technical to purely managerial at the world's then-fourth-largest data center. With a promotion into a specialized scope managing both safety and environmental scopes across Digital Realty's North American and APAC portfolio, I limited back into my passion zone. Excited to be one of the first of MANY Corscalers on a journey to build the world’s foremost hyperscale provider!
