I have a track record of success in devising forward-looking support structures and scalable infrastructures, delivering architecture aligned with business needs and objectives, and driving future development and growth. Currently, I am the IT Leader at UPSIDE Foods, a fast-growing startup that produces cultured meat. In this role, I lead a team of 8 IT staff, oversee project management scope and tasks, manage and configure routers, switches, and virtual networking appliances, and update and maintain IT systems for smooth operations and scalability. I also develop and manage relationships with multiple vendors, ensuring the security and trustworthiness of confidential information. I bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership, helping the business grow by aligning technical needs with strategic goals and fostering effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
