About Cade Moore

I am the principal developer at a company specializing in the collection and display of user generated content. Originally hired as a rapid prototyper to develop new and creative ways to grow the platform, my role quickly grew and I am currently the only full stack developer on staff. In the company's 6 year history we had specialists for every aspect of our code base. I took every opportunity to learn from their years (in some cases decades) of enterprise level experience working at companies like Apple, American Airlines, and Bazaarvoice to name a few. My ability to rapidly pick up new languages and a strong self-motivated drive to learn in my personal time had me take the lead in the majority of these fields. I am currently responsible for growing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hundreds of thousands of lines of code that in a nutshell: processes orders from several different online retail platforms (EG Bigcommerce, Shopify, Magento), sends roughly 20k+ emails a day, handles the content collection and indexing of hundreds of thousands of submissions from users across multiple languages, displays customer-configured media and information embedded in storefront websites, tracks display, interaction, and conversions in the storefront, generating business value reports.
