About Cade Staley

I’m a senior at Samford University pursuing a double major in Business Management and Marketing. Throughout my time at Samford, I’ve been deeply involved in leadership roles that have shaped me both personally and professionally, including serving as a Connections Weekend Coordinator, Student Activities Co-Chair, Step Sing Overall Director, and officer in Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. Each of these roles has given me the opportunity to lead teams, manage large-scale events, and create meaningful experiences that bring people together. This past summer, I gained hands-on experience as an Operations Services Intern at Chester’s International, where I worked on operations projects, process improvements, and brand support. That role strengthened my problem-solving, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration skills—tools I am excited to bring into my future career. I’m passionate about combining strategy and creativity, whether through marketing campaigns, event planning, or organizational leadership. Long term, I aspire to pursue a career in marketing, sales, or management where I can continue building strong relationships, leading with vision, and driving growth. At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to reliability, service, and community. I hope to leave Samford not only with a degree, but with a legacy of leadership that reflects care, excellence, and integrity.
