About Caeden Carruthers

I was born and raised in Fredericton, New Brunswick. I chased my athletic dreams in Calgary, Alberta. Now, I am studying business in Anchorage, Alaska. From coast to coast, my pursuit of excellence has brought me a passion for learning. My foundation in sports has been highly impactful on my life. Training has taught me the value of discipline, overcoming injuries has taught me to be resilient, and the unrelenting desire to win has taught me the importance of perseverance. These lessons have shaped my ambitious approach to professional challenges and opportunities. Through years of experience in various bike industry positions, I have developed skills in communication, analytics, technical support, and leadership. The dynamic nature of small businesses like The Inside Line and Smith Creek Cycle has allowed me to continually step outside of my comfort zone, and adapt to challenges with confidence. I will complete my undergraduate education at the University of Alaska this May, and I am looking forward to what is next!
