I worked in the retail management industry for 10+ years from small to big box businesses with a focus on inventory practices, PnL's and competitive pricing to increase brand footprint and turnover. I managed and led teams of up to 50+ employees. I eventually went to school to learn a trade as a Cosmetologist. After graduation I have worked in salons, behind the chair and managing but found myself drawn back to education. I have spent the last 5 years as an educator for Paul Mitchell and continuing to grow my skills while educating the next generations of Cosmetologists, Barbers and Estheticians. I'm exploring opportunities where I can utilize the past experience I have garnered working in the retail management industry and my current experience as a Cosmetologist and Educator to pursue brand/content management and education. I would like to pursue my passion in creating a trend setting career focused on products and techniques for all individuals and hair types.
