I supported customers and partners both remotely and on-site, contributed to product development feedback, and created manuals and installation guides that improved onboarding and user experience. As I transitioned into project management, I led technical projects and took ownership of our presence at European trade fairs combining technical precision with cross-team collaboration and partner coordination. Today, in my current role as a Sales Development Representative, I apply my technical foundation to identify and qualify opportunities, understand customer needs, and act as a bridge between prospects and our sales and product teams.
