I am an accomplished and perceptive high performance leadership and communications professional who has led internal and external engagement programs across a variety of industries for over 15 years. As an inspirational and collaborative leader, I positively influence and empower my staff to activate their creative and analytical resources in order to achieve personal and team goals. I draw on my high-level interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, leverage business networks to secure mutually beneficial partnerships, and cross-functionally engage with key partners to achieve objectives within defined timeframes and fiscal controls. What I bring to a Business: My qualifications in Sports Management and Marketing, Leadership and Management are complemented by an extensive work history which has equipped me with a broad skillset including leadership coaching and consulting, major event management, brand development and custodianship, digital and print marketing, public relations, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and sponsorship securement. I draw on my methodical and instinctual mindset to research and develop the scope, plan, activities and evaluative methods for complex projects and programs that support the achievement of key objectives. How I deliver proven results: Earlier in my career, I was extremely fortunate to be involved in the Sydney Olympic Games in two capacities: first as a Sport Operations Manager for Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games and then for the Australian Olympic Committee managing the Youth Olympic Festival event. My success in both of these roles can be attributed to my exceptional planning, organisation, problem-solving and communication skills, and I have continued to enhance my capabilities in leadership roles across both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors.
