Using my expertise, I guide others towards success, engaging partners, donors, and community members across diverse ages, cultural backgrounds, and lived experiences. Having a deep understanding of the communities serving, I actively integrate anti-oppressive and anti-racist principles into my work, constantly expanding my knowledge.
