Professional Background:I am a finance professional born in Ankara in 1979, embarking on a life journey enriched with a robust educational foundation. After completing my primary, secondary, and high school education, I graduated from the Banking and Finance department at Eastern Mediterranean University. Additionally, I joined the Finance Master's program at Hacettepe University. Currently, I am pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Haven University in California. Concurrently, I am enrolled in the Accounting MBA Program at Haven University. Work Experience:After gaining experience in stocks and investment instruments at Ziraat Investment Securities Inc, I also acquired significant expertise in Business Development and Finance at Bilkent Holding – Tepe Home Furniture and Decoration Products Co. Inc. In 2008, I founded YAVAŞOĞLU Certified Public Accountancy and Financial Advisory Limited Company, offering consultancy services in Accounting, Tax Advisory, and Finance. Moreover, I serve as the founding manager of ACY Investments LLC, operating in the investment sector in Florida, and CA Financial Solutions LLC, providing consultancy services in financial, managerial, and organizational matters to businesses in California. Certificates and Competencies:I hold various certificates in International Financial Reporting (IFRS), Financial Management, and received training in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) during my undergraduate studies. Additionally, I am in the process of obtaining certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). In Turkey, I hold the title of Certified Public Accountant and Financial Advisor.
