About Cailey Davis

At age nine, an interest in business gripped me when I began my first firm: a neighborhood snow cone shop. Since then, I began my own piano teaching business, became the vending/ catering coordinator at my high school job, took on an accounting role at college, and set my sights on majoring in accounting at Brigham Young University. In my first and second year, I took two computer classes, two accounting classes, finance, economics, marketing, an internship course, and business communications. As a freshly-accepted student to BYU's Accounting Program, I am preparing myself for finding a summer internship and surviving the rigorous curriculum the program offers. I am excited to enter the business world. To me, it is the opportunity to work with many people to achieve a common goal. Accounting especially is appealing because it allows me to take information and communicate it in a way that is understandable to others. I love organization, critical thinking, and leadership, but most of all, I love working with people.
