About Caili McCarthy

I have had the opportunity to live in a variety of places throughout my life which has allowed me to meet an abundance of different people. As I strive to make an impact on the lives of all people I meet, I attribute my personality and character to each person I have met. In addition to moving around, I have always been submersed in the sports and fitness industry. From playing sports starting on day one to leading high school varsity teams and now being an ACE certified personal trainer, my passion for all things sports has only grown deeper. This link between sports and the people behind the game led to my dreams of working in the sports management industry. I am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in management at Auburn University Harbert College of Business and am dedicated to producing the best work regardless of obstacles. I am a goal-focused leader and enthusiastic motivator that keeps the team on their feet. With my experience as an ACE certified personal trainer, I am continuing to develop my adaptability and creative problem solving skills, as well as maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, in preparation for a future in fan experience.
