About Cain Lam

I left school completing my A levels in 2021. I finished with a double distinction in 3D Design (BTEC) and an B in A level Geography. I am hard working, punctual and polite with good communication skills. I have good analytical skills with a good head for numbers/ problem solving. My skills have developed from being at school and further developed through work experiences and my current job role. I am able to talk in person and on the phone, I have good financial awareness, time and personal management. I would think myself as a team player, working together with others to achieve goals.I am currently working for Sirius Property Finance, helping the team as a Team Administrator. I am currently doing Case management role which involves direct involvement with clients and running cases start to finish. I thrive off helping others; as this role I am able to fulfil customers needs by searching the market and lenders to find the best product for our clients needs. I aim for the quickest mortgage offers for the clients which in turn results in a smooth and speedy completion.This year, I am going to study the CEMAP qualification and eventually sit my exams. I would like to give advice in the future and eventually become an associate at Sirius.
