Who am I?", the social networks ask me. Although I want to answer, the truth is that I don't even know. So I'll tell you my story. When I was 6 years old I got my first shock (yes, electric); or at least this is the place in space-time as far back as my memories allow me to go. Do not fool yourself! The memory of this event has nothing to do with the strange feeling I experienced that day. Astonished, my father who saw that scene rushed to rescue me from my own ignorance, and, with a leap, he saved me before I could realize what was happening. Little did I know that I was about to have my first contact with the curiosity that the natural world transmits to us. In order to explain to me what it was about and so that the message of the constant danger that I lived around me - the plug - could really be passed on,"sô Afrânio" took his test wrench, put it inside the hole in the plug and a light came on. That was my second shock (now figuratively, lol). Along with it, another light turned on, this time in my brain. I was too young to understand what was really going on, but it was too late. Science had me by the foot and before I knew it, it had entered my heart. At the age of 15, my beautiful and beloved aunt, Walkíria, gave me the opportunity to study in what I consider to be my biggest and best academic experience; ETE. Sublime teacher that she is, she helped me to perfect my flaws. Not only those related to studies, erudition. No! She taught me so much more than that. She taught me to be nice, to have responsibilities - and fulfill them. She made me use my hippocampus as a sieve, and thus, as the Babylonians did when carving their records in stone, immortalize these teachings in me. And she did it with excellence. At this point I was completely surrendered. I asked everything I didn't understand and ignored -"there are no stupid questions. It's stupid not to ask!", my aunt told me. I did all the experiments available. I read everything I could, as much as I could. A real bookworm. At 18 I tried my first graduation. The money was missing. At 22 I finally got such an opportunity. I got up early to work every day; at night I studied. Here I discovered my passion for teaching. At 26 I graduated and went on to do a master's degree.
