About Caio Marin

I have worked for Braskem for 10 years as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician. I am graduate in Chemical Engineering at Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.I have experience in several laboratory analyses and actively participate in key sector activities. I primarily highlight my technical support for the Process and Production Engineering teams in process optimization studies and troubleshooting operational issues. Additionally, I support the Product and Application Engineering teams in the development of new products and the exploration of new applications for existing products, contributing to business growth. I got an opportunity to take part of some projects, among them I highlight a White Belt that I led in 2016, when I was glad to be awarded as the best White Belt project Braskem São Paulo of the year by popular vote. As a dedicated professional and an engineering lover I always seek for innovation and try to apply my knowledge to the analysis and problems solutions, which I also seek for challenging situations that bring me more knowledge and experiences for the professional improvement.
