I built a solid career at Nordex Acciona Windpower, where I started by leading second-shift operations in Brazil, managing over 90 team members, and I now serve as Production Manager at one of the company’s manufacturing facilities in Germany. I specialise in leading high-performance teams in fast-paced industrial environments to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production. I oversee the entire factory operation, including coordinating third-party contractors, while maintaining strict adherence to project timelines, safety standards, quality specifications and cost targets. I have strong experience in production scheduling, shop floor management, workflow optimisation and outbound logistics planning. I am results-driven and committed to continuous improvement.
