Hello! I am a scientific researcher. I am interested in anything to do with intestinal bowel disorder and intestinal immunity projects. I have published papers in development of vitro tissue culture models, intestinal immunity and new drug discovery. Experience: iPSC differentiation, Organoid culture, models of inflammation in the gut, drug testing including absorption and efficacy. I have developed CRISPR-CAS9 knockdown models of intestinal cell lines (including Caco-2 and Enteroid cell lines). I have experience with RNAseq and NGS. I have worked with surgeons at Johns Hopkins pediatrics to develop intestinal implants to treat short bowel syndrome. I have extensive experience in grant writing, manuscript writing, and data analysis software
