Background

About Caitlin Beduhn

I'm a higher education professional with over a decade of experience in academic instruction, student advising, and program coordination. I specialize in supporting diverse student populations through inclusive, equity-centered practices that foster academic success, global engagement, and lifelong learning. As a PhD-trained educator, I bring deep expertise in curriculum development, global and experiential learning, and collaborative leadership. I've designed and delivered courses across in-person, online, and hybrid modalities and led initiatives in virtual exchange and study abroad. I also have experience supporting international students and developing culturally responsive programming. Currently, I'm seeking opportunities to translate my teaching and coordination experience into roles that support student success, global education, or academic program development in a broader institutional or advising context.
