About Caitlin Bronner

Caitlin L. Bronner is an experienced litigator in Ingram Yuzek Gainen Carroll & Bertolotti, LLP's Commercial Litigation group, specializing in complex contractual disputes, Civil RICO and white collar litigation, real estate disputes, including title company claims litigation, and shareholder suits, particularly those involving membership/partnership interests in Delaware alternative entities. A member of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce, Caitlin also represents Swedish corporate and individual clients in U.S. negotiations and litigation. Caitlin handles complex commercial litigation matters in State and Federal Court, and is equally experienced at arbitrating and mediating disputes before, among others, JAMS, and the Caitlin has a robust appellate practice, having successfully handled appeals before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the New York State Court of Appeals, and the Appellate Division. With regard to her Civil RICO litigation, Caitlin is noteworthy for having secured on of the few Civil RICO awards to have ever been issued in an arbitration in New York. Prior to joining Ingram, Caitlin worked with rare books and manuscripts at the New York offices of Sotheby’s auction house. During law school, Caitlin was a member of the editorial board of the Moot Court Honor Society, and interned for the Hon. Jane Restani, then-Chief Judge of the United States Court of International Trade. Awards: Caitlin was named a 2015, 2016 and 2017 Super Lawyers New York Metro Rising Star.
