About Caitlin Casey

With over 15 years of work experience in the behavioral health field, I am a passionate and skilled crisis and access specialist at ProtoCall Services, the nation's leading third-party provider of specialty clinical call-center services and digital tools. My mission is to deliver high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based care to individuals and communities in need of behavioral health support. I have a master's degree in clinical psychology and a certificate in human services, as well as multiple certifications in suicide intervention and self-injury prevention. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked with various populations, settings, and modalities, including survivors of interpersonal violence, veterans, university students, and employees. As a crisis and access specialist at ProtoCall Services, I provide telephonic and online crisis intervention, counseling, and referral services to callers and users who access our 24/7/365 behavioral health helplines. I use my clinical assessment and data analysis skills to assess the level of risk, identify the appropriate level of care, and connect the callers and users to the best available resources. I also collaborate with other clinicians, supervisors, and managers to ensure quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement of our services. I am proficient in using various software and platforms, to document and track the outcomes and metrics of our interventions. I am proud to be part of a team that enhances behavioral health access and outcomes for hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals across the nation.
