About Caitlin Corrigan
Working at the intersection of applied academic research and policy advocacy and practice. In my current role as Executive Director for the Institute for Ethics in Artificial Intelligence (IEAI) at the Technical University of Munich, I am involved in the entire research pipeline, from developing partnerships, research teams and project proposals, to leading research projects and advocating our work and research findings to the public. In the Ethics of AI team at UNESCO, I am developing policy relevant outputs focused on AI's impact on gender equality and policy recommendations to improve these outcomes. As part of UNESCO's Women 4 Ethical AI platform (W4EAI) and AI Ethicists Without Boarders (AIEB), I contribute to a growing network of experts and advocates working on AI ethics.
