Currently looking to utilise my existing skills in a new opportunity. I strive on being a fast learner and picking up processes and systems quick and efficiently. My transferrable skillset includes: Organisation - Ability to work at pace on multiple projects/propositions at any given time. Communication and Interpersonal - Proven ability of building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt my tone of voice depending on audience. Project Management - Experienced leading and managing projects from initiation through to delivery including resource and business requirements management. Risk awareness - Early engagement with Risk colleagues on projects and awareness of material and reputational risk. Stakeholder and People Management -Experience in building and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships with various colleagues across the business and externally. Agile & Quick Learner - Ability to grasp new concepts and ways of working quickly. Public Speaking and Hosting events - Confident in a room full of people or a zoom full of attendees. I enjoy spending time with my daughter, paddleboarding, weight training, pouring candles, walking my dog, socialising with friends and family, reading, personal development, volunteering within my community e.g. looking after the wellbeing of the older generation, homeless and I am part of a board for a local children community charity. I enjoy travelling, cooking and baking! I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual. I am a determined self-starter with tons of enthusiasm, great drive and a passion for helping others.
