With nearly 8 years of experience in the mental health sector and a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Dietetics (Honours) from the University of the Sunshine Coast, I am dedicated to delivering accessible, impactful wellness services while enhancing administrative support for clinicians and their practices. In my current role as Operations Manager at Omega Wellness Centre, I lead a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, accredited mental health social workers, and ADHD coaches, working alongside our skilled support staff to provide exceptional care. My professional journey includes over 4.5 years at Toowong Specialist Clinic and 3 years at Omega Mind Clinics, where I developed strong skills in time management, teamwork, and communication. These experiences, coupled with a hands-on leadership approach, have been instrumental in managing diverse teams and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of wellness services. I am deeply passionate about patient care and equally committed to supporting our community of mental health clinicians. At the heart of my work is a focus on fostering a collaborative, supportive environment that prioritises health and well-being, leveraging my education and operational expertise to contribute meaningfully to the organisation’s mission.
