About Caitlin Dunahee

I am currently employed as a Project Manager for Turnbull Construction Project Managers Ltd. on Vancouver Island. My previous employment includes Project Manager for Abstract Developments working on the Willow and Glen townhome project in Langford, BC. and prior to this I was a Project Coordinator on the Park Luxury Collection at Bellwood Park. I was previously employed as Project Coordinator for Farmer Construction Ltd. located on site in Langford, BC as part of the team on the Pexsisen Elementary & Centre Mountain Lellum Middle Schools project for School District 62. On the lower mainland I spent 3 years working as an Assistant Project Manager at Beedie, a leading developer of industrial and residential real estate in British Columbia and Alberta. As Assistant Project Manager, I was responsible for delivering a diverse range of Tenant Improvement projects within Beedie's portfolio as part of the Asset Management group. I am a British Columbia Institute of Technology graduate of the Architectural Building Engineering Technology Diploma program and earned my Bachelors of Science in Construction Management. I also previously studied one year of Engineering at Kwantlen Polytechnic University and earned a Diploma in Architectural Building Technology from Pacific Design Academy. My studies have exposed me to a wide range of courses including planning regulations, codes and contracts, estimating, construction specifications, construction law and computer applications for construction management.
