I am an active member of the Whitby Minor Hockey Association, serving on the Board of Directors as the U14-U15 HL Director. In addition to my involvement in the hockey community, I wear multiple hats professionally. I am the Managing Director and Owner of Dwight Consulting, a freelance company specializing in office administration and project coordination services. My work is conducted in a remote work from home (WFH) capacity. Furthermore, I hold the positions of Project Manager and Safety Representative at Modern Deploy Technology, where we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of modern workspaces and delivering cutting-edge solutions. My extensive experience of over a decade in the energy sector, acquired through various roles at Ontario Power Generation, has honed my skills in project management, innovation, and effective communication. Currently, I am in the process of completing my CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification with PMI Canada. Additionally, I am a certified Health and Safety Representative (HSR). Throughout my career, I have successfully orchestrated the efforts of technical teams, vendors, and innovation squads to drive forward-thinking solutions and assist in the enhancement of nuclear stations. This has earned me recognition for my exceptional communication skills and consistent project delivery. My overarching objective is to assemble a team of skilled Project Coordinators and Project Assistants who share my commitment to excellence in project management. Together, we aim to provide businesses with the comprehensive support they require. My toolset includes proficiency in various technical applications such as Microsoft Tools, Primavera6, SAP, and SharePoint, and I am constantly eager to acquire new skills and stay updated on emerging technologies.
