About Caitlin Eckhoff

Over the last 2 years, I have been working at KPMG working in Management Services, supporting a department of appoximately 300 plus employees as an Associate in Technology. Support included the full range of business and technical management services that assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, guidelines, and directives. These services encompass all areas of IT policy and planning, including, but not limited to, enterprise architecture, security, training, enterprise resource management, business process reengineering, IT transformation and strategy, organizational change leadership, and enterprise and program management office support One of my greatest assets is being a team player. I learn new things in a quick and timely manner and constantly work to improve upon my skills on a daily basis. I genuinely strive to be successful, while making others around me feel efficient and accomplished. I approach every assignment with tenacity and dedication. I have the ability to bridge geographical challenges and have found creative ways to bring employees and organizations together. I truly enjoy and am passionate about my work and any project that I contribute to.
