About Caitlin Evison

I’m an early-career HR professional currently working as HR Support (People, Capability and Systems Coordination) at ACC New Zealand, where I contribute to a high-performing People Operations team. My role focuses on employment documentation, onboarding coordination, and supporting process and system improvements, including acting as the sole SME for the Performance and Development Cycle (PDC). I work closely with senior leaders and provide buddy training for new team members, while championing consistency, clarity, and a people-first approach. Alongside my role, I’m completing a Master of Organisational Psychology at the University of Canterbury. My studies are strengthening my skills in workplace behaviour, communication, and organisational change, directly informing the way I work and where I want to grow. I’m passionate about inclusive, people-centred workplaces and committed to building my capability in organisational development, learning, and HR advisory work.
