About Caitlin Holodinsky

I am passionate about pursuing a rewarding career in Human Resources and am currently working towards my CPHR designation. I enjoy my work most when I feel as though I am making a positive difference not only to the company, but to the colleagues whom I have the privilege of working with. My customer service experience allowed me to discover that I enjoy working with people, steering me in the direction of a career in Human Resources. I graduated from Mount Royal University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, major in Sociology and minor in Business. I found the study of Sociology to be intriguing, and it has provided me with a unique perspective that I can bring into the business environment. Later in my undergraduate studies, I had the opportunity to take a few Human Resources courses, which solidified the direction I wanted to take my career. As soon as I graduated, I returned to Mount Royal University to obtain a Business Administration Certificate in Human Resources.
