I am a dedicated and driven IT professional with a solid work ethic and a passion for continuous growth. My journey in the IT field began with an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems, which provided a strong foundation for my career. Starting from the ground up at my first job in a small deli mart, I honed my multitasking, teamwork, and leadership skills over three years. As I progressed from a basic role to a shift lead, I not only trained new hires but also identified and implemented cost-saving measures, contributing to the company's efficiency. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations, I gained hands-on experience with our POS system and basic ATM troubleshooting, which further developed my technical skills. After earning my degree, I joined Adapt Integrated Health Care in a newly established role where I played a key role in shaping the position's structure. Overseeing six sites across three counties, I utilized and refined my time management and communication skills to ensure smooth operations and effective coordination. My experiences have equipped me with a strong ability to adapt, lead, and innovate in diverse settings, making me a valuable asset in any IT environment. I hope to continue to grow these skills at Neenah foundry.
