About Caitlin Lemmon

As an Alumni and Giving Specialist at University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business, I am passionate about strengthening the connection between the alumni community and the school. I plan and execute various events, programs, and campaigns to engage and inspire the alumni to support the school's mission and vision. With over two years of experience as a Physician Representative at Global Medical Staffing, I developed strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. I helped recruit and place qualified physicians in locum tenens assignments across the world, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. I also have a background in operations and childcare management, where I supervised and coordinated the daily activities of a behavioral health facility. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Westminster College, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in research, analysis, and human behavior. I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself, and I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams. My goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of others through my work.
