About Caitlin Lingle

I’m a data-driven Marketing Director with over 10 years of non-profit management and marketing experience. At the Quad City Symphony Orchestra, I oversee all aspects of marketing a variety of performances and education programs with the vision to engage the entire community and develop authentic artistic and educational partnerships. I work both behind the scenes and at the concert hall to ensure an enjoyable experience from ticket purchase to post-concert reception. I use ticket sales and digital advertisement data to ensure we are filling the hall in the most financially efficient way possible. Since beginning at the QCSO, I have moved our marketing from primarily print to a digital-focused strategy, increased ticket sales over three+ years both pre- and post-pandemic, brought graphic design and content creation in-house, and oversaw the adoption of a dynamic pricing model. I am also extremely proud to have been part of a collaborative team that kept the music alive both in-person and virtually throughout the pandemic.
