Hi, I’m Caitlin, a Radio & Digital Account Executive at Pattison Media, based in beautiful Nanaimo. I specialize in helping businesses connect with their customers through creative, customized and effective radio and digital advertising strategies. My Journey My passion for understanding people led me to study Psychology at university. Along the way, I discovered a love for combining creativity with community impact. My career path began with my local Junior A hockey team, where I wore many hats—from administration to marketing—learning the importance of storytelling and connection. Growing up as the daughter of a reporter, I’ve always valued the power of local media. Starting my career as a Promotions & Digital Coordinator for four radio stations at Pattison Media gave me hands-on experience in engaging with the community and giving back. Now, as an Account Executive, I partner with businesses to create campaigns that invite our community into their stores and build strong, lasting connections. What Drives Me I’m passionate about fostering vibrant, economically diverse communities and continually challenging myself to grow both personally and professionally.
