Dear HR and Mangment. My name is Caitlin, I'm very passionate about my career path as I have worked with children, family's and the elderly. I was called to working with Healthcare in 2012 and been in Healthcare since. I have enjoyed every moment of it and wanted to learn more so I advanced my career by pursuing Childrens of Alabama in 2015. Why I was their I wanted to reach out and do phlebotomyand get my license in it. So I moved forward to American Red Cross in 2019, the travel was hard. So I reached out to try something new altogether. I have loved knowing I'm going to help someone and make someone else's day brigther. It makes day brighter just knowing I am helping someone else when and where I can at the best of my ability's. I'm very keen on accuracy, double checking my work and have great recall. I can easly adapt to any environments and circumstance's. I'm positive, motivated, dedicated and hard working person. I'm very dependable and always on time. I'm Good at implementing my skills with any new job and helping accurately training new co-workers when needed. I'm recognized as a leader and a excellent team player. I am customer service focused, with extensive customer experiences. I'm passionate about everything new things I am put too, along with being very organized. I'm very well at being multi-task-oriented. I have very strong work ethics and I'm welling to do anything I'm put up too. I'm very hands-on. I have taken a lot of classes ranging in communication, coping with difficult parents, how to handle difficult situations and much more. I am very passionate about patient care, satisfaction and always eager to learn new things.
