I am first and foremost an idealist, driven by a vision of a future America that opens its palm rather than closes its fist to ensure equality, justice, and dignity to all who call it home. Luckily, that idealism is accompanied by a thick skin and an excellent sense of humor. I'm also a versatile communicator who understands that listening is as important to a message as speaking. I'm able to readily connect with people from all walks of life via social media, speech, telephone, and written campaign. I have years of experience in development, research, and operations. I excel at organization, whether large or small, of people, projects, or events. Nothing excites me more than successful communication, an energetic exchange of ideas, or a collaboration that successfully utilizes every partner's strengths.
