About Caitlin Morrow

In my current role in sustainability procurement @ Covestro my main responsibilities include: 1) identifying and implementing alternative feedstocks that will enable Covestro to meet its sustainability target and 2) engaging with current suppliers to understand their approach to sustainability and to identify potential partnerships. I also manage Covestro’s NA acrylates spend portfolio. Prior to this role, I worked as a Tactical Buyer in Covestro’s procurement operations team where I gained skills in pricing negotiations (achieving savings of >$500K), data analysis, and project management. Directly out of my undergraduate degree, I entered a rotational, leadership development program at Covestro where I rotated through three business units and several functions including sales, procurement, marketing, supply chain, and product management. To complement my strong analytical skills and to further develop my strategy development and leadership skills, I am currently enrolled in the part-time MBA program at the Tepper School of Business and am expected to graduate in May 2024.
