Caitlin is the WA State Manager and Pinq Online National Manager of Physio Inq, an allied health care business founded in 2006 providing a range of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology and exercise physiology services both in- clinic and via mobile practitioners, the latter specialising in disability and aged care. Graduating from Curtin University in Perth with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology, Caitlin is an experienced paediatric therapist who has worked with families and children with a wide range of disabilities and needs. Caitlin has a passion for improving the lives of those she works with and operates with a high degree of clinical competence to achieve positive person-centred outcomes. Caitlin is a dynamic allied health leader with extensive experience driving operational performance, clinical excellence, and sustainable business growth in the mobile and online healthcare space. As State Manager WA and National Manager Pinq Online, Caitlin oversee large multi-disciplinary teams across physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and exercise physiology. Proven ability to lead leaders, deliver scalable telehealth and community services, and execute strategies that enhance client outcomes, workforce engagement, and referral generation. Recognised for building high-performing, values-driven teams, fostering innovation, and navigating the complexities of the NDIS and broader healthcare landscape. Physio Inq are currently expanding Australia wide and aim to change the face of the physio and allied health industry in the coming years, from education right through to service delivery. In 2020, Physio Inq was awarded 'Franchise Network of the Year' at the MyBusiness awards and CEO Jonathan Moody was named as the Sydney Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the 'Health and Medicine' category at the Business News Australia awards.
