Product management in the messaging space blends the intersection of technology, communication, and impact. Today, I manage Canada’s Common Short Code administration and lead the country’s only carrier-billed text-to-donate platform with the Mobile Giving Foundation Canada. I also play a key role in the ongoing development of a Canadian 10DLC registry and establishing the foundation for RBM processes - initiatives that enhance transparency, compliance, and innovation across the ecosystem. My work blends compliance, collaboration, and creativity - ensuring both businesses and charities can connect with their audiences responsibly and effectively. With 14 years of experience working alongside wireless carriers, messaging providers, and brands, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the A2P messaging ecosystem and the importance of building trust through transparency and standards. I’m especially passionate about consumer protection, compliance, and helping Canadian charities raise more funds through the power of SMS.
