About Caitlin Sidebottom

Driven by my desire to inspire growth within individuals and organisations, I have built my knowledge and skills around understanding how people are impacted by both their inner and outer worlds. To this end, I have completed my Honours in Psychology and Masters in Social Development and continue with professional training. Some of the highlights of my career include: 1. Being involved in the dynamic world of environmental and social consulting (ESG) and discovering the impact of economic developments on society through research, analysis, and reporting. Co-ordinating a women's ministry, whereby I participated in the leadership team, facilitated small groups, mentored other women, organised and spoken at conferences, and ran outreach initiatives. Working for an educational NGO where I was afforded the opportunity to hone my research (qualitative and quantitative) and writing skills, both formal and informal. I was also upskilled in socio-economic development and gained deeper insights into Early Childhood Development and STE(A)M education. Becoming a Specialist Wellness and Intuitive Eating Counsellor, which has involved offering wellness counselling services, as well as helping others overcome food and body image challenges. This diverse experience has equipped me to address the needs of others in a variety of ways including research, data analysis, writing, public speaking, facilitating workshops and counselling. Other skills I have developed along the way include running socio-economic baseline studies, project management, report writing, stakeholder engagement, administration, field work and leadership.
