Background

About Caitlin Siem

At a young age, I learned a few things about myself: I loved sports (I wanted to be an NFL coach when I was little, honest!) and writing (I wrote my first story in fourth grade and my first full length novel in high school), and I had a need to become invaluable in whatever I did. Thanks to all three of those traits, I’ve become a professional dabbler. Where some people work to become great at one thing, I found my desire to be great at many. With that has come my penchant for striving to learn more and the motivation to always become better at whatever I do. I worked for a NASCAR race team as an Assistant Team Manager and Social Media Manager. Amongst my many duties, I did their on-site mobile photography and videography, which I used to create and develop content for their social media pages, along with handling their public relation needs. Working in the fast pace world of NASCAR helped teach me to thrive under pressure, develop excellent time management skills, and how to be an interface between a team and its fans. Managing my own weekly sports talk podcast has taught me how to actively research and stay up-to-date on current sporting events, which I then develop into interesting and relevant stories to provide to the public. I am a highly creative people-person with a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry. I want to use my drive to share my passions and talents with others in photography, social media, and content production. Everyone likes to say the sky’s the limit, but why stop there?
