At the age of 7, I was the Manager of "Claritins Bank". I typed up very important business memos on my IBM computer and printed them on my DOT Matrix printer and passed them to the desk beside mine belonging to my one employee, my 5 year old sister. You could say that Business Management was in my blood from a young age as I delegated tasks, conducted business reviews and delivered performance counseling forms to my sister. Truth be told, this wasn't the career path that I envisioned as I graduated College with a Bachelors in Forensic Science, but a part time job at Staples to help pay off the mountain of student load debt I accumulated reignited the passion for business. That passion combined with intense curiosity and the strong desire to excel at everything is what lead me to my current role as General Manager. I have spent the last few years focusing on employee development and community involvement.
