About Caitlin Snyder

I graduated with highest honors from Georgia Tech in just 2.5 years with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, while balancing being a student-athlete and working a part time job. Since then, I’ve earned two more degrees while working as a full-time Algebra teacher. I am a very dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented person. While my work experience and background highlight my strengths in math and data analytics, my true strength is the ability to learn and adapt. I am not only teachable, but flexible when it comes to perfecting skillsets.My university and teaching experiences allowed me to develop strong organizational and management skills. I’ve learned the importance of preparation and adaptability, handling everything from lesson planning and analyzing test scores to de-escalating student conflict and maintaining parent communication. Additionally, time within the school system emphasized teamwork, feedback, and collaborative problem-solving. I approach constructive criticism as an opportunity to grow, ensuring every project achieves its highest potential.What I’m looking for:I am looking for a hybrid or remote position where I can use my interpersonal and organizational skills to contribute to a team and grow professionally.
