About Caitlin Tessem

I am an experienced operations and team manager, and I can learn anything. If you give me a chance, I guarantee you will not regret it.When I started college at CU Boulder, I was hired to work at the student recreation center. No one wanted to wake up at 4 AM to open the facility, so I learned how to. A couple years later, I was a Salon Associate at a local tanning and wellness company, Aspen Tan. I took initiative and worked my way up to Regional Manager with nothing but the skills I learned along the way. Most recently, I worked my way up from a temporary job as a Warehouse Team Member to head of Affiliate and PR Operations at Vitality, a multi-million dollar athletic apparel company. Before attending college, I had no experience in maintaining a fitness facility. Before Aspen Tan, I had little to no management experience. Before Vitality, I had no warehouse or marketing experience. These companies took a chance on me, taught me how to succeed, and I did not let them down.I am an avid learner, I am comfortable with big responsibilities, and if you give me a job I will get it done.
